Japan-Seattle Suzuki Institute is hiring! We are looking for someone in the greater Seattle area to join the JSSI admin team and work closely with our Director. Remote candidates may also be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • High level of comfort and competence with social media, Zoom, spreadsheets, and web applications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible team player with a sense of humor

This is a part-time contract position with irregular hours. Hours spike in Oct-Nov, Feb-March, and peak hours would be June-July, leading into institute week.

The position requires on-site, full-time presence at JSSI (Aug 1-5, 2022) plus a few days before and possibly a day after.

Compensation includes room and board during JSSI and a stipend.
